Separating and removing of my husband and...?

I want that my baby doesn\'t have my last name his. He/it wants für the baby\'s birth here is. He/it lives in parris-Insel, SC. I don\'t have any problem to come with him/it. But I want, thereß my baby my last name has.

Therefore umm.. the mother fills the baby\'s name on the birth certificate? and if with it, when the signing of the birth certificate reception place does?
Also, except if an incompetent mother, whom I am not, is I, can he/it get custody for my baby? I my at the moment, thereß I no work has, but I take the trouble to get one and planning working someday, after the baby was born. And, it not only is, thereß, but I will nurse. So my I... my husband has a bad attitude and is no very nice person at all and showed me and my family such disrespect, and the list places only away. So that I think, his/its chances of what become say the parting from care with all this?

Well he/it must prove you as an incompetent mother before he/it can get the baby!
