Which chances does my husband have on getting care of our son?

We go through a divorce, and we live in Houston,TX, but since this marriage not working is, and I don\'t have any family here, I will move with family in Birmingham,AL back.. I has a full temporary work, and I can transfer, I have a city home in Birmingham and family support.
My husband has a contract work, and he/it always is from city, and he/it has nobody in Houston that family is, that would take care of him/it, and oh wait has a sister he/it, but she/it does full time, and she/it loves to work,.. with it is a No.
I don\'t leave behind my single child because of his/its egoistic reasons, that he/it is 9 months, and my son needs me, I still nurse with it, no shot for him/it.
He/it is, you bother so technically hardly back anyway, I am already one single mommy, you now smooth, he/it is not around, and he/it was not around during the birth, therefore this something well it him/it, to get about full care, will do if his/its work is not stable, and he/it claims that, if we divorce, he/it will move into an outstretched abidance hotel,.. this something the hell... I doesn\'t want my Sohnessein in no Mist-hotel.Oh-gosh, that I want to continue from him/it with my life only away,.. I won\'t dispute his/its right to his/its son, he/it can visit his/its son in Birmingham anytime, AL..
Therefore readers... he/it has a shot or something?

yes you properly has, because he/it didn\'t get anything on me, I don\'t know, about what all talk, because I grew up without a father, and I went myself tooken any drugs big from never, I don\'t drink, I am a Christian, and I lead a good stable life. from Hotfirem.... fortunately for you, yes, if a child is young and needs of the mother, the courts will always prevail if favor of the mother, except if it gives "other" questions like this incompetent to being, drug and general security of the child. Care is about the child\'s better, not over the parents.

As a father, you take his/its right to be a father, please not away, if he/it wants to be in his/its life, too many children don\'t wear any father figure and end nowadays all built dung. The child is sufficiently young in order not to be really caused now but spthey will need both parents äter in lives.
